The combined site area of the two properties is approximately 3.5 hectares and the properties are located on adjoining lots with a shared car park separating the two.
The Village Australind Shopping Centre has 7,724sqm of gross lettable area.
The Mardo Commercial Centre has 1,597sqm of gross lettable area.
